Customer ratings and reviews for HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

Rated 2 out of 5 by Only One Fault The paper tray will not center properly because of the springs loaded tabs on the sides. For example; in printing 4x6 card stock, the right margin is less than the left by 1/16 to 3/32 of an inch. I did a lot of card stock printing of this size on my pro 8600 plus and the margins were perfectly spaced on each side. This problem needs to be addressed and corrected soon so one could get back to doing some quality card stock printing once again. If this problem were to be corrected on my present printer, I would rate it 100%. August 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding Device I didn't think an inkjet printer could be THIS good. Print speed and quality is far more than exceptional. You have no idea. The document feeder is crazy efficient too-for a color scan it is only about 3 sec a page! That is faster than many standalone scanners! The flatbed is also fast. The scanner takes NO time to warm up! Also, scans are great quality. The duplex scanning and printing are fast and great. The ink is also well-priced and lasts a long time. The touch screen is also very easy to used. And apps are awesome. This is by far the best printer out there. August 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by 8620 I have had HP printers all in one for years. This is the cheapest made. The print spool keeps getting hung up. I have installed and uninstalled several times. I keep having to stop the print spool, deleting all files, and re starting the print spool. Nothing has seemed to work. I actually had to send back the first one, because the carriage that has the ink cartridges got stuck. The quality is just not what it used to be. August 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great all in one This all in one printer is more than I expected. It is easy to install and even easier to use. I have tested most of it's features and am very impressed with it's efficiency. My favorite so far is the save fax to folder feature that saves ink by not printing annoying "junk faxes" I save all faxes to my folder and print only those that I need to print. Crisp, clear copies and scans. July 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good so far I love this printer......... June 19, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Envelope Printing You can not print one envelope for a letter unless you take all the paper out of the tray and put in the envelope, print. You then have to put the paper back in. June 7, 2014
