  • Three- to 10-person teams that need a wired or wireless MFP for vibrant color documents—and sending files directly to their destination.[4]

  • Enable touch-to-print convenience from mobile devices, using the optional HP Mobile Print Accessory.[2]
  • Easily print from mobile devices at work, home, or on-the-go with HP's first Mopria-certified MFP.[3]

[1] Mobile device needs to be connected directly to the WiFi network of a wireless direct-capable printer prior to printing. Depending on mobile device, an app or driver may also be required. Wireless performance is dependent on physical environment and distance from the access point in the printer.

[2] Touch-to-print capability is available only on the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476dw. Mobile device must support near field communications–enabled printing. For a list of supported devices, see http://www.hp.com/go/businessmobileprinting.

[3] Local printing requires mobile device and printer to be on the same wireless network or have a direct wireless connection. Wireless performance is dependent on physical environment and distance from access point. Wireless operations are compatible with 2.4 GHz operations only. Remote printing requires an Internet connection to an HP web-connected printer. App or software and HP ePrint account registration may also be required. Wireless broadband use requires separately purchased service contract for mobile devices. Check with service provider for coverage and availability in your area. See http://www.hp.com/go/businessmobileprinting for more details. Mopria-certified devices adhere to a common standard that enables easy mobile printing with little or no set up.

[4] Wireless performance is dependent on physical environment and distance from access point, and may be limited during active VPN connections.

[5] HP Flow CM Professional is available in the United States and Canada only and through select HP partners.

[7] Requires an Internet connection to the printer. Services may require registration. App availability varies by country, language, and agreements. For details, see http://www.hpconnected.com

Customer ratings and reviews for HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476nw

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow I have been an HP user for over 30 years and this was my first color laserjet, it just leaves inkjets far in the past. I particularly love the tray pullout for cartridge changes everything for me when it becomes necessary to change a cartridge. Print quality is pure laser quality and speed is great. I love it. August 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Well worth the price. Excellent quality, easy to print from pc to mobile. Easy to setup. The quality is remarkable. August 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Printer HP makes the best printers in my opinion. Ink/Toner is expensive though when you need to replace it. Printer has many options but I have yet to use very many of them. Extremely easy setup and prints fast and very nice. Extremely happy with this device compared to an ink jet printer. Noise level of printer is comparable to an inkjet, probably a bit quieter overall. Was concerned about sound level but not a problem. Thanks HP for a great product. July 28, 2014
