Love the portability and size! Great price...super fast internet access and start up time. Great color and sound. Movies/tv shows on line easy to watch.
Only drawback so far--since Chrome OS is not widely used, I have found that it can be difficult to use programs/apps. Not many IT people are familiar with the product so they can't really offer support.

I am trying to get used to the Google Chrome system than the Microsoft Windows. On the positive side, the laptop is lighter and smaller which allows you to carry it anywhere. The battery charges up very fast and the battery does not get hot like other laptops. The Internet is downloaded very fast and you have the choice of Google Chrome or regular Google. The keyboard is very soft and the mouse you can soft touch it or click it. It allows you to download Google Play for 60 days and then you can become a member and download music for $9.99 a month. Also you can download books and movies. On the negative side, I cannot find the antivirus and I do not know if it has one. I can always buy one and download it if it does not have one. The laptop has no dvd and cd drive. I downloaded a lot of photos but it is limited space. And lastly, I am still trying to find out how to download Itunes version to it to download my music.

This will take some getting used to after years of using Microsoft Windows. The built in mouse is very iffy, but when I attach a regular mouse, I get less crazy. Not exactly handy though. I love Google Chrome and replaced Explorer with it years ago. However with this byzantine process, I still can't figure out if my AVAST! virus protection took. I guess I 'll know when the whole thing crashes and turns to garbage. No, I guess I'm not real happy with this Chrome Book. It's effin' odd, but I'm stuck with it.

So far the Chromebook is working great. We use Gapps a lot with work and its made my life easier traveling from site to site. The things I can't do on my Chromebook I don't on my company issued Ipad ie clocking in and stuff. But for everything else I use my Chromebook and its so much lighter then carry around the old 6555b. Especially when you toss in my tool kit.

while it does take a bit of getting use to the keyboard the access to the internet and the response time is amazing - a great tool for internet use will recommend it to anyone who wants to use this while traveling

Rated 5 out of 5Â by KenRetiredProf What a pleasant, fast little laptop.
For the most part, I'm very happy with my new Chromebook 11. It's very fast, almost lighter than air and its tablet size renders it terrifically convenient. My one complaint - as opposed to my 95% happiness with this product - is that the regular HP printer I bought the day before I ordered the Chromebook cannot print directly from the Chromebook. As it is not "Cloud Printer Ready", the Chromebook requires that I have a second computer (Windows or Mac) connected to my new printer in order to print, copy, or scan from my Chromebook. A significant drawback, in my book. If I were to grade this, I'd have to give it an A rather than an A+.
