This computer freezes up and stops responding constantly. I would say, in the one week since I've owned it it's failed to work at least 50% of the time. My previous laptop has 1.3 ghz processor and 6 gigs of ram, it's a low end laptop I bought from Wal-Mart it and performs way better than the HP 15t! I decided to give the HP a try for a week hoping it would maybe work itself out configuring and other set up process but it seems to be getting worse. Today is the one week mark and I plan on contacting HP and initiating a refund! I do not recommend!

I was very excited when I received this laptop. However, the sound card/driver is not working properly. Sound coming from both L and R speakers during test. Called the tech. support he said they are going to pick up the laptop for repair. Very disappointed.

My house is full of hp prodcuts, desktops, laptops, printers, all in one. HP every makes good products. They have the best design, features, Customer service, ETC.

I have your excellent pavilion dv-4000 still in use. Time marches on. I chose this unit because it has Windows 7. I find this helps to adjust. I did not want anything to do with Windows 8. I found the unit on the web sight, was fortunate to then talk to a gentleman right here in downtown Boise, USA.
My unit was then assembled in Chunking and delivered to me. I ended up going to a local repair store and had my files copied over to this unit. Your follow up message is timely. Yesterday it crashed because the touch pad is too touchy. I now have a wireless mouse.
Your over the phone technical service is worthless to me. I can not understand their version
of the English language.
