I've had this computer for three months and it has been a solid performer. The only problems I've had are with third party software. I cannot save screen display modes even after reinstalling. Overall, this isn't a huge problem. The other problem I have is with the TV tuner. I don't get an HD picture, but I think that's a problem with the tuner and Verizon Fios. I haven't tried it with Media Center yet because it requires and IR blaster for your set top box, and I don't need one. I plan to buy one in the near future so maybe Media Center (instead of AverMedia) will help solve my HD problems.
I upgraded to the i7 which makes multitasking with processing heavy programs very easy, which is the main reason I opted for my configuration. The touchscreen works great, but I don't use it very often. The Leap Motion controller is a fun add-on but definitely not a must have. The Beats Audio is nice because you decent equalizer control, but the speakers don't seem to be able to handle bass all that well.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by alaturka110 Best AIO in the market.
I've test driven a lot of AIOs. This is by far the best one so I ended up buying it. It's intuitive to use thanks to Windows 8.1 and fast. I know there are a lot of skeptics out there, but Microsoft does have a vision. Theyâre constantly improving the Windows experience. Whether we want to admit it or not, the future of PC is here and it is touch. My 3 year old and 5 year old love it and itâs exposing them to whatâs ahead. I love the parental controls and as longs as you can monitor screen time, which I highly recommend, youâll be just fine. This 27" feels like Iâm in control of a some galactic star ship. I love it. As the market takes to the touch PC experience, itâs going to be exciting to see what other devices lay ahead. In the meantime, my family and I will enjoy this AIO to the fullest. Right now the only thing I can think that's a bit disappointing are the built in speakers. Theyâre not as rich in sound as advertised but external speakers will help that.

Wow what a machine. This computer is everything they say it is . I am very pleased. The only thing that needs improvement is that the small things in the box were not labeled well.

My ENVY Recline AIO worked great right out of the box. My grandkids love playing the Family Coloring game that was included. They can stand side by side and both draw at the same time on the huge 27" touchscreen. My wife also likes it for playing her Facebook games.
I enjoy the great picture while I browse the web. If you are looking for an all in one, take a long look at this one.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Normalguy440 Excellent performance
This computer performs brilliantly. My configuration included all the upgrades. I wanted top performance for DragonNaturally Speaking voice-to-text. Because the machine is so capable, I am able to use the integrated microphone without the need for the external Bluetooth microphone. So far the performance I get is near real-time voice-to-text transcription with better than 95% accuracy (I have a trained profile).
I wish the base of the computer were a little bit higher by maybe 2 inches but this isn't a big deal. Also, while the webcam is good quality, the image is more panoramic than I would like. I'm used to an adjustable camera where I could zoom in more on myself without so much of the background. Perhaps this could be a feature for future models.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by DMitch Love the touch screen, 27" was a bit over the top!
Very easy to build your PC online. Shipping was very reasonable and quick, even through a major snow storm! Was able to bundle a printer. Only draw back was not being able to get. a CD/DVD built into the 27" monitor!
