This product is a significant time-saver. The technician that provided my service was excellent, professional and paid attention to details of my needs during the set-up.

When I called to make the initial appointment I was told that I didn't buy the right card for the set-up I wanted, so I went all out and paid 299.99 for the premium set-up. Had to wait for the card to come in, so by the time I got it and made the appt I was restless, so I started to set up. I am pretty good with a computer, but the wireless part I wasn't that sure of. I paid for a tech to come to my house, take my computer out of the box, completely set up everything plus my wireless devices. What I got was someone who had to read the book to set-up my router, was here 3 1/2 hours and still did not get it all hooked up. I had to call my cable company to finish setting up my e-mail and he never did get my old emails off my old computer, or set-up my security settings. If you are going to charge that much, make sure you send someone who is familiar what you just sold, Windows 8. Seriously was not inpressed for HP being the company they are. I think you need to send someone back over to finish what didn't get done. I still am working out the issues. Not impressed!

The gentleman was on time, was very professional and initial set up was okay. He did not install updates, did not take Norton off the computer, and left while recovery disk was being made. Upon restarting the computer, there were 54 updates for Windows.

We were disappointed because we were given so little time to even try the computer. The questions we asked were not answered or brushed off. The address book and mail from our old computer were not transferred to new computer though it was implied in the description of the installation service

Neal, the HP technician that came out and did our install, was extremely knowledgeable not only on the HP computer but on our other devices as well. He worked through some issues we had connecting to our DSL provider and had our home system up and running in no time! I would recommend Neal to anyone!

I was told BEFORE I bought the $300 install and wireless install that my USB Epson printer would be integrated with the network so that BOTH my HP computers would be able to print. Last night I needed to print out a report on the computer in the OTHER room and it could NOT print. I'm not a happy camper and am considering my options as to how to get a partial rebate on my install costs.
