The touch is good, layout is standard, the extra cut, paste, vol, sleep keys are a plus but the main objection I had with wireless keyboard was the missing lights on the Cap & Key Lock. Typing in passwords and be rejected then going back to an area you can see the letters to see if the caps are on or off. I returned this keyboard and replaced it with the wired Classic.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Isvelyn Worst wireless keyboard I've ever had.
I buy wireless keyboards/mice so I can have a 10-key pad for ease since my work-issued laptop does not have one built-in and I use it often. This is the worst cheap keyboard/mouse combo I've ever bought. I decided to buy this HP set because it's what was available at Walmart at the time (they usually have the Logitech set that I like, but they did not have it at the time, so I settled for HP) and did not want to make a special trip to Best Buy. I'm using my work-issued laptop to write this review because the HP keyboard can't seem to pick up a signal from the USB from less than a foot away. Also, I am a small woman and the mouse in this set is awkwardly tiny even for my hands. Thank you. - EP

This was my first step into the wold of wireless anything and i love it. Having four small children under age 5, i decided to give it a try. The last four corded keyboards had all been fried due to sippy cups and or coffee that the little ones knocked over. Let me say, SOMEONE had their thinking caps on. Has anyone noticed that there are holes in this keyboard that allow liquid to go through without touching the electronics? Since i bought this one, it has been spilled on no less than four times and still works fine. I read reviews that claim that the wireless feature is spotty or stops working all together. I have had no trouble in this regard except for one or two times in needed to switch usb ports, but lets face it, this item retails for less than $30 bucks, what can one expect? Also, the keys are very quiet, range is good and program functions are fine. Overall, great product for the price i needed and i would and will buy one again as soon as my kids do this one in if they ever do. Good job hp, now start making them in the united states and you will have a customer forever.
